Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our abayas!

Please make sure to check all sizes carefully before placing your order. If you have any special requests, such as embroidery or the size of the shayla, kindly mention them in the notes.

• Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

• No exchanges or refunds after receiving the order.

• No returns or money refunds.

Size Adjustments:

• A fee of 130 AED applies for size modifications, including delivery.

• If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the cost of adjustments and delivery

شكرًا لاختيارك عباياتنا! يُرجى التأكد من جميع المقاسات قبل الطلب، وكتابة أي ملاحظات خاصة مثل العقمة أو مقاس الشيلة في الملاحظات.

• يتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال 5 - 10 أيام عمل.

• لا يمكن استبدال أي قطعة بعد الاستلام.

• لا يوجد استبدال أو استرداد للأموال.

تعديل المقاسات:

• رسوم التعديل والتوصيل 130 درهم.

• إذا كان الخطأ منا، نتحمل تكاليف التعديل والتوصيل.
